The Bamenda City Council now ready to get far into the inner-city to collect garbage; and this move should prevent inhabitants from dumping garbage just anywhere by road sides or just besides garbage cans. Households should be able at least to put garbage together for easy collection and disposal. Discipline and civic responsibility of the essence here.
